The Diploma in School Management (D.S.M.) DSM is mandatory for school principals, supervisors Extension Officers, Adult Education Officers and School Administrators as per year 2005 G.R. GESCER under M.S. Gosavi Foundation runs the DSM affiliated to YCMOU.

The course is part time for one year duration.
